Notash Construction Group was founded on the belief that a distinguished project must be carefully conceived and defined before it is built. More than three decades of work in Tehran’s districts 1, 2, and 3 reflect this approach: seeing each project as an opportunity to create lasting architecture, a distinctive living experience, and a valuable investment. This approach came to fruition in Notash Elahieh, which received awards for creativity in architecture and building of the year, becoming a notable example of contemporary architecture in Tehran. Today, with the same care, precision, and attention to detail, Notash creates projects that go beyond buildings to become part of the city’s identity and tomorrow’s architectural heritage.
