Established in Tehran in 1996, Notash Construction Group has spent more than three decades developing and delivering quality residential projects. With a continued presence across Tehran’s Districts 1, 2, and 3, Notash approaches each development through a considered understanding of its location, architectural potential, construction quality, and details. Working alongside architects and specialists from different disciplines, each project is shaped in response to its site, surroundings, and the evolving needs of contemporary living.

Today, with the same care, precision, and attention to detail, Notash creates projects that go beyond buildings to become part of the city’s identity and tomorrow’s architectural heritage.
